Founded in 1911, Pierce-Roberts Rubber Company manufactures high-quality custom rubber parts for customers worldwide. Through the belief that a product can only be as good as the parts that construct it, we strive for excellence in every molded rubber product we deliver.
Our 40,000-square-foot production facility in Trenton, New Jersey houses climate-controlled laboratories, electric and steam presses, and a full range of compression, transfer, and injection molding capabilities. Every product is tested by our highly skilled engineers through a rigorous production cycle.

Par-Lin Precision Products
In 2023, Pierce-Roberts acquired Par-Lin Precision Products Inc., our trusted supplier of custom machined inserts for 40 years. Combined with Par-Lin, we now offer a complete turn-key solution—polymer engineering, precision CNC machining, compression, transfer, and injection molding, and close-tolerance machined inserts for bonding and over-molding. All manufacturing operates under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Pierce-Roberts is also NIST and ITAR registered.
