This project required bonding three concentric nitrile rubber rings to a metal substrate. Pierce-Roberts engineered the bonding process to ensure consistent adhesion across all three rings, delivering a bumper assembly that met strict dimensional and performance specifications for the customer’s industrial equipment application.
